Affiliate & Referral Program
How does the 3-Tier Affiliate Program work?
Our platform uses a powerful 3-Generation Referral System! When you share your unique referral link (found in your Profile), you don't just earn from your direct friends—you earn from their networks too!
• Tier 1 (Direct) You earn 15% of the points (PV) when your direct invitee makes a purchase.
• Tier 2 (Indirect) You earn 10% when your invitee's friend makes a purchase.
• Tier 3 (Extended) You earn 5% when the 3rd generation makes a purchase!
Points are automatically credited to your account once their order is paid successfully.

Where can I find my referral link?
Simply log in, go to My Account, and click on the Affiliate Program tab. You will see a one-click "Copy" button for your unique tracking link. Share it on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram to start building your network!
Points & Rewards
How do I earn base loyalty points?
For every RM 1.00 you spend in our store, you automatically earn 1 Point (PV). The points are credited to your account the moment your payment is successful.
Can I redeem PHYSICAL products for free?
Yes! In our newly upgraded Reward Center (inside your Profile), you will see "Free Items". If you have enough points, click "Claim". The physical item will instantly be added to your shopping cart with a price tag of RM 0.00 (FREE)!
How do I apply a discount voucher to my order?
Once you've exchanged your points for a voucher in the Reward Center, simply go to Checkout. Look for the "Apply Voucher" dropdown menu. Select your voucher, and the discount will be instantly deducted from your total bill. If your total becomes RM 0.00, you can checkout instantly without a credit card!
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We use the highly secure CHIP Payment Gateway. You can safely pay using Online Banking (FPX), Credit/Debit Cards, major E-Wallets, and DuitNow QR.
My payment failed or my internet dropped. What do I do?
Don't worry, you don't have to rebuild your cart! Go to your Profile and look at your Order Tracking tab. Find your pending order, and simply click the Pay Now button to resume your transaction.
