Our platform features a powerful multi-tier referral network system. When you share your unique referral link (found in your Profile), you build a multi-level downline team:

• Full Network Tree: You can view your complete downline network tree at any depth (Level 1 to Level 17+) and see the total downline member count under each member node.
• Commission Payout Tiers: Affiliate commissions and points are paid out up to your store's configured payout tiers (e.g. Tiers 1–5). Members within these tiers are marked Tier 1–5 (Commission Eligible).
• Deep Network Levels: Team members deeper in your referral chain remain visible in your tree as Level 6+ (Beyond Payout) as part of your overall downline network.

• Product Referral Commission (RM): Earned in Ringgit Malaysia when customers purchase products using your shared product referral links. Payouts are credited directly to your Available Product Commission balance.
• User Referral Points (Pts): Earned as loyalty points when members in your referral network place orders. Points can be redeemed for free physical products or discount vouchers in the Reward Center.

Simply log in, navigate to My Profile, and select the Affiliate Program tab. You will find a 1-click "Copy" button for your unique referral link, your total network member statistics, and your interactive downline Network Tree.

Your Network Tree tracks all downlines who join through your team, regardless of depth. However, referral commission payouts follow the store's active payout tiers (e.g. Tiers 1 to 5). Downlines past Level 5 remain visible in your network tree so you can monitor total team size, but fall outside the active commission payout rules.

Yes! Active VIP subscriber members enjoy 100% full affiliate rewards protection on all product commissions and network points. Non-subscribed accounts may be subject to non-subscriber penalty deductions configured by the merchant.

For every RM 1.00 spent in our store, you automatically earn base loyalty points. Points are credited to your account the moment your order payment is verified.

Yes! Visit the Reward Center inside your Profile. You can exchange accrued points for discount vouchers or free physical products. When claimed, physical items are added to your shopping cart at RM 0.00 (FREE)!

After exchanging your points for a voucher in the Reward Center, go to Checkout and select your active voucher from the dropdown menu. The discount will be applied immediately to your order total.

We accept secure online payments including FPX Online Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, major E-Wallets, DuitNow QR, and direct manual bank transfers.

You don't need to re-select your cart items! Open My Profile and click Order Tracking. Locate your pending order and click the Pay Now button to safely complete your transaction.
